The Solar Mate Secure Professional is the ultimate PIR, movement activated security light. Designed for busy locations such as public passage ways, driveways, frequently used steps or anywhere that high performance, even in the British winter, time is essential. Using a powerful 2.5 watt solar panel and ultra bright 45 LED light unit ensures the Professional is capable of illuminating an area usually only covered by a mains halogen light. Installed in minutes, Solar Mate Secure is supplied with a connection cable and wall fixings.
Solar Mate Secure Professional is an efficient and easy way to provide movement activated security lighting (equivalent to mains brightness) where mains power does not exist, even in the depths of the British winter.
Using a powerful 2.5watt crystalline solar cell, the Solar Mate Secure Professional’s solar panel powers an internal rechargeable battery pack, located in the light unit, during the day ready for operation once the sun goes down.
The Solar Mate Secure Professional light unit contains 45 super efficient white LED’s, which are powerful enough to illuminate and area up to 100sq metres away from the light unit.
Its integrated PIR movement sensor can be adjusted both for sensitivity and time, so the bulbs can burn from between 10 seconds and 70 seconds per activation.
The Solar Mate Secure Professional’s light unit attaches to the Solar panel via a supplied 4.5m cable.
How it Works
The solar cell charges batteries located within the light unit during the day which then powers the light at night. Bright sunlight is not necessary for charging to occur, this system will work even with overcast conditions.
The light is turned on when it senses movement and stays on for a set period before switching off and reseting itself.
Performance
Light unit burn time can be adjusted from 8 seconds to 3 minutes for up to 4 hours in total (maximum 80 x 3 minute activations per charge). Total run time can vary according to the specific location of the solar panel, the weather conditions and the season. The instructions advise on how to optimise performance.

Returns Policy
Customers must return unwanted items to us within 30 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
