When will my order be delivered?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible and most in stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow 1-5 working days for processing on items that are ordered in and during busy periods. We send direct from suppliers as much as we can to help keep this processing time to a minimum.
Please note: Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
Large item delivery
If it is stated in the description that large delivery applies then FREE Local delivery is available in Cornwall & Devon ONLY. We can deliver further away but at cost price to yourselves. Please contact us for a more accurate quote.
UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Highlands and Islands delivery starts at £3.32 (exVAT) and will be calculated automatically at the checkout.
Channel Islands

When does your courier deliver?
Our courier will deliver between Monday and Friday.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Upon receipt your delivery will need to be signed for.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
Our courier will return the parcel to their depot and try to deliver it on the next available working day.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. If you provide us with a mobile number or email when you checkout we will send you information from our courier which allows you to track the progress of your parcel as well as other additional options as stated below.
In-flight delivery options
Our courier will send you a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery and you have the option to change this if required at no extra charge or you can also let the courier know that you want the parcel left in a safe place.
How carefully will my order be packaged?
We take extreme care in the packaging of our items and have never received notice of an order arriving damaged. We use bubble wrap or other suitable packaging materials and then put your items in relevant-sized boxes.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged, you must sign it as damaged with the courier and do not accept the package. It will then be returned to us via their depot. We will then send a replacement item out.
