One of our ponies was very itchy and uncomfortable. We treated him several times for 'lice' and then started treatment for 'sweetitch'. Nothing was helping and he was itching more and more to the point of bleeding and bald patches. My vet was at a loss and I couldn't figure out how he kept getting 'lice' despite all the measures we were taking. Skin scrapes showed nothing other than high inflammation. When I saw this shampoo I wanted to try it to see if it could calm his skin and re-establish the biome. Along with the ointment it has worked wonders for his skin. It's not angry and itchy any more and he's a much happier pony.
