Very pleased that you delivered item using Royal mail. Previous carrier was a great disappointment and very late. It would appear that you have a very good relationship with TruTest which is a great and inspires confidence should there be problems.

Returns Policy
Customers must return unwanted items to us within 30 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
