I am very happy with the boots I ordered, they were perfectly described, I was hesitant to order online as I was unsure which size to go for but after some research I went for my usual size and they fit properly, they also came with extra insoles to put under the original insole, so if they stretch in the future I will add these. I think I waited about a week for despatch but this order wasn't urgent so that was no problem and was sent tracked so I knew approximately when they would arrive.

I've been using Leder-Balsam for 35yrs and get 10yrs wear from a good quality boot, highly recommended. (Alternate with grease)
I've been using effax Leder-Fett (grease) and Balsam (balm) for 35yrs and get 10yrs wear out of good quality boots as a result, these are excellent leather maintenance products.
