These are good when you want to add second wire to the live posts but l would prefer them to be metal to make the second wire live.
These are good and do the job when you need a second wire, but l would have them metal/live with the live posts l am using them on.
These electric posts are fantastic. So much better than the plastic ones. Cattle won’t push them/break them. You can carry 10 in one hand. I am gradually replacing all my plastic posts with these. Cattle fully respect them. Only issue l can see is in very dry hard ground you may have trouble getting them in so need to keep a few plastic ones in case of very dry weather. Rarely an issue in Cumbria and if your soils are in good condition it shouldn’t be a problem.
Very comfortable boot, I always used to wear steel blue boots but these are much better on my feet the insoles are awesome
