The staff responded well to my queries and the product was as described and very good value. However, the next day delivery service failed due to 'snow problems the previous week - I'd have been better not paying extra! That won't stop me using them again, I was impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness
Really good value, cost effective product - not the easiest to untangle as the drawstring is the same colour and cord as the net, which makes filling it a two-person job (unless you rig up a couple of hooks on which to hold it). But a great buy - fed my sheep indoors through the snow without wasting hay.
Products arrived quickly, not tried them yet, but I’m sure they will be just what we need.
