The after-care is a stand out of this experience; by no fault other than my own, I found I had ordered a size that was too large. I contacted Tanner Trading explaining the situation and that I would like to send the item back and exchange for the next size down. Tanner replied first thing the next morning and accommodated this request with no questions asked, sending out a replacement the same week.
