Excellent service from the team at Tanner, order was confirmed quickly and dispatched promptly. The courier experience was less engaging though. An email to say that they had received the package and then one to say they would attempt delivery on a given date but it might be easier if I could pick up from a drop off point. On the day of delivery the courier driver arrived, rang the bell, propped the package up against the front door and smartly left the scene like a scolded cat…. No attempt to establish if there was anyone at home, just left it. 5 stars for Tanner, zero for Useless Parcel (Services).
Product is excellent, expensive but Tanner Trading offered a competitive price. Postage was slower than I thought it would be and Parcel Force delayed delayed delivery over the weekend until next working day, bit miffed about that. Tanner Trading 👍 Parcel Force 😡
