My order hadn't arrived and I contacted Tanner Trading via email, to enquire. They informed me that from their tracking, it had appeared to have been lost via Royal Mail and would resend out my items. My order was resent and arrived 2 days later, despite being sent out via 24hr Tracked! It would appear that Royal Mail deliveries across the Tamar River are somewhat of an issue, however Tanner Trading's Customer Service was "First Class" and I was delighted when I finally received my order!
