Having ordered based upon value, I didn't hear anything for 10 days. I then read the reviews of the site and was worried. I immediately emailed Tanners but got no immediate reply to my query. 3 days later I received an email stating my order was on its way. 4 days later it arrived! The boots are impressive and despite a worry or 2 I have to say Tanners delivered as promised, although a shame that they ignored my email.
