About Rodenticide Restrictions

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) alongside the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU) has made some changes to the law to combat the issue of poisoning non-target animals.

Consequently, you cannot add this item to your cart unless you upload the required documents to prove you can competently and safely use restricted rodenticides.

Certification methods:

  • Certificated Users - Individuals who have been on an approved training course. Please note: CRRU-approved training older than five years will not be accepted.

Returns Policy

Customers must return unwanted items to us within 30 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
